Boaz Behar

   CEO, Founder

Boaz has 20 years of experience in high-tech companies, serving as a key executive, managing the research & development of three startups in three different domains through successful acquisitions. Prior to founding PerseusBioMed, Boaz was the head of research & development of Identify Software, an enterprise software company, through a successful acquisition by BMC software in 2006 for $150M. Following the acquisition, Boaz continued to serve as the head of R&D for the acquired division. Prior to his role at Identify, Boaz co-founded FareChase, an Internet search startup, in which he served as VP Research & Development; the company was acquired by Yahoo in 2003. Boaz has also led software development and customer training for BioSense, a medical equipment startup company that was acquired by Johnson & Johnson for $450M in 1998. Boaz holds a Mechanical-Engineer degree Cum Laude from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, a Software-Engineer degree Cum Laude from the Technion, and is a graduate of the LAHAV executive education program of the Recanati business school of Tel Aviv University.

Yoni Hertzberg, PhD

   CTO

Yoni has over 10 years of experience in development of top of the line medical device products, with top notch skills in the fields of medical ultrasound, MRI, algorithms, and software. Serving as a key executive in the research & development departments of multiple successful medical device companies. Yoni holds a graduate of Physics degree, Cum Laude from Tel Aviv University, an M.Sc. of Physics, Cum Laude, from the Weizmann institute. Ph.D. of Physics from the Tel Aviv University, and an MBA from the Tel Aviv University.

Chen Botvin Moshe, MSc

   Regulatory Affairs Manager

Chen has over 10 years of experience in medical device and pharma regulatory affairs domain. She has 10 years of experience managing preclinical and clinical trials with both medical device and drug trials from setup to close-out phases of trials extending from Phase I to Phase III, from single center to multi center trials. Chen holds a B.Sc in mathematics and M.Sc in Neurobilogy from the Tel Aviv University. Chen previously worked for a CRO supporting worldwide clinical trials, and for Bioline RX a biopharma company.
